We are excited to announce the Portuguese Parade, hosted by ACAPO, as part of the Do West Fest! This vibrant celebration of Portuguese culture and heritage will take place on June 10th, 2023, in Toronto.
Join us for a dazzling procession filled with color, music, and excitement. The parade will kick off at 10:00 AM on June 10th, entering from Lansdowne and Dundas. It will then traverse through the heart of the Little Portugal Toronto, showcasing the richness of Portuguese traditions, before exiting at 10:45 AM on Shaw Street.
Highlights of the Portuguese Parade include spectacular floats adorned with Portuguese cultural elements, captivating music and dance performances, and the participation of community groups representing the Portuguese heritage. It is a wonderful opportunity to experience the vibrant spirit of the Portuguese community and appreciate their contributions to Toronto’s cultural mosaic.
