The Little Portugal on Dundas BIA invites qualified consultant teams (each consultant team shall include a registered Landscape Architect or Architect) to submit proposals for a Streetscape Master Plan.
Overview of Services Required
The objective of this initiative is to create a streetscaping plan and strategy that is
practical /achievable and budget conscious, with projects organized into Phases of short-term
(1-2 years) and long term (5+ years), and to implement short-term (Phase One) projects through the development of permit-application-ready construction/engineering drawings.
